Q. Do you deliver?
A. Only in special circumstances. Gov. Stitt signed a law in May 2020 to allow for local delivery of alcohol products in Oklahoma. Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar offers delivery only in special circumstances. 

We make your shopping with us easy! In addition to in-store shopping, you may order online for in-store or curbside pick-up at 7422 S. Olympia Ave., Tulsa, OK 74132 (in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center next to Michael's).

Q. Can you ship to me?
A. No. The State of Oklahoma does not allow the shipment of wine, beer or spirits. Therefore, we cannot ship products within or outside of the state.

Q. Do you take special orders?
A. Absolutely! If we can find the product you are looking for, we would be happy to order it for you.

Q. Can you order something from out-of-state?
A. No. Oklahoma liquor law requires stores to use prescribed vendors and distributors. We carry a wide variety of products from all over the world, but those must be acquired through prescribed channels. We would be happy to try to find the product you are looking for through those channels but are unable to order outside of that list.

Q. Can you help me plan my wedding or event?
A. Yes. Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar is the only store in town that offers free event services. That's right: our Events Specialist Leigh works individually with those planning a wedding or other special event to plan refreshments and related purchases for the big day at no additional cost.

Q. I need a gift. Do you put together custom baskets?
A. Yes. We will help you put together the perfect gift basket for that special someone, complete with his or her favorite drinks, accessories, and even cigars.

Q. Do you offer a military discount?
A. No. Due to ABLE Commission guidelines, we no longer offer a military discount.
