Dry, crisp, vivacious - this isn`t just any old prosecco we`re selling because it`s cheap. In fact, the Borgoluce Lampo is startlingly good at the money. Borgoluce is based in Corte Lavadigna, north of Venice. The Lampo is made within the Treviso DOC inside the Veneto. The grape variety used to make prosecco used to be called Prosecco, but these days that`s the wine and the grape is called Glera. Despite disputes about origins of the variety, nobody has ever disagreed about the quality of the drink it can produce if properly handled - Lampo is proof of that.
